Looking for my first rental property, and I am seeing absolutely nothing on market that would adhere to any of the fundamental analysis that I learned on the BP podcast and from browsing these forums.

Maybe it's because of what I'm used to, but I never liked VRBOs interface.

This is a great community, and yes - you will have lots of posts to browse through related to wholesaling!  

As an owner of several multi-family that leverages property management companies, I really like interfacing with Appfolio from the client (owner) side. 

Just browse the forum, and you will find us.On a related note, if you're at the stage of your REI business where you're in need of strategy, then it's highly unlikely that your tax return is so simple that you'd want to reject help.

Click on "Browse Forums" then "Real Estate Strategies" and you'll find it.

I've been listening to the podcast, reading the books, and browsing the online threads for 2-3 years now, and I'm finally in a position to take my first major step towards owning my own investment property.Since stumbling upon the BiggerPockets podcast, I made it my goal to gain the education and save the capital required to invest in real estate.

Both are very useful tools I just happen to like the interface with Batch systems better.
