Sometimes if you need to remove them for whatever reason, a break up, or something else you may have to close the entire card and that can significantly reduce the age of your credit.

The issue I’m running into is I’m having a lot of difficulty searching the MLS for these specific communities as they often break up into other communities and it’s hard to distinguish what road is still apart of the particular resort.

Finally don't be afraid to "break up" with your agent if you feel like the relationship is not beneficial to you but don't just ghost them communicate your frustrations.

Plenty of other circumstances where this might be needed....bankruptcy sales, tax valuation suits, probate disputes, sales in business breakups, Treasury department sales.Hope that makes sense.
