Since it has been over 20 years and inestate, my guess would be that you are bordering on transfer to the state by escheat.

The paint had to flow with that colour so a light warm grey for all the walls but because we have one of those old ceilings in the living room with the border, we have gone for a darker colour in the same palette with that and done the end wall in the same colour.
