@Neel Jain - We barely have an inventory problem.

If I were buying new I'd get the Makita Brushless set Model #XT328M for $350 with 2 3.0 ah batteries, hammer drill, impact driver and recip saw, then buy a bare tool oscillating saw.

They are sometimes used heavily and generate monthly profit while others are barely used and don't even cover the utility expenses, let alone the cost of the machines.

Try to keep utilities you pay to a bare minimum or eliminate entirely if possible. 

Can barely get a seat even 10 stops outside of Manhattan during commuting hours.
