this is just another reason to use a Realtor….or atminimum use a flat fee service so it gets syndicated out to all the sites. 

And there is a big difference between a German duplex and a Polish Flat - the polish basically moved in their own basement and rented out their house.

There is no interest rate, its a flat fee based on the amount borrowed.

Hire someone to do it and bake it into the rent.

It should no longer be baked in as apart of the sales price. 

Again, that's all fine and good but the numbers have to work which is why I was hoping to speak to someone with first hand knowledge of owning a property or properties in the town without an axe to grind like the Seabrook sales people.On the issue of negative STR regulations roughly half the houses in the town are in their rental program currently so I don't see that as an issue in the future as an investor as it's baked into the town's business model and not likely to change.

if future appreciation is flat or less than inflation (3%) i would sell especially since you already have appreciation. 

I planned to do that in 2023 until I save up for the flat.
