When those get public news attention, it will look real bad but again would not be a fair representation for the coins in any significant percentage.

Yes they were great to work with and all and all it was not a bad process. 

You leave and you put your home up for rent with a realtor (smart move) or on your own (bad move).

Guest Policy.  5 people is bad enough, now imagine all 5 trying to bring over their boyfriends/girlfriends for overnight visits or move in with them.

Reputation and referrals matter.I invest out of state, and I’ve been burned by bad contractors before—it’s a fast way to lose money.

If there are any known issues(even as simple as a bad $7 shutoff valve) you will not be permitted to turn on utilities. 

TLDR: Bad idea for your personal home.
