I'm looking for suggestions on a back-up option in regards to financing on a property I already have under contract in IL.  

Personally i keep showing, take up backup interested parties, and keep on generally doing everything till I have cash and a signed contract in hand.

Even if you are able to buy a house with "no money down", if you have a problem and no way to fix it, you're headed to foreclosure and another 7 years until your credit score is back up so you can obtain financing again. 

When properties go to pending or back up status they will still show as active on those sites for weeks.

My back ups are Memphis TN, Indianapolis IN, and Cleveland Ohio.

Whatever and whoever, you may decide to select as a Tax Accountant and or bookkeeper, be sure to inquiry it they have a separate BACK UP system for your accounting information. 

If you take money out they can have penilties but are a great back up along with being collatetal.

Obviously id like to catch the rates when they are low, rather than risking them going back up by next summer.

Currently were down here in Houston but are planning in the near future to move back up to old home in the Northwest Seattle or Portland Area.

Flack Estates 4/2/22,700 sq. ft 11,000 square foot lot School district 27 Houston- Bellaire Homes in this area are doing two things: 1) They're getting town down and built back up or getting a total rehab.
