My wife and I bought a condo a month before our wedding with a 20% down 30 year conventional mortgage.

He quickly called me Wed 11/25, about 7:58am cst & part of the conversation was he doesn't have any investor and can't give funds that he doesn't have...he is looking into ST loan.Looking for investors is not his interest.  

A wedding is in the works, it is just planned for later in the year than this.

I've been busy due to planning for my wedding in August.  

(here we go)A few years back, I was at a wedding listening to a mutual friend talk about his recently purchased a home. 

My wife and I are newly wed and in our 20's and have bought our first home last year so naturally, we don't have much money and need and investor or some kind.

Besides that @Justin Silverio is having his quarterly meetup in Reading next Wednesday and I'd also recommend the new NH Real Estate Mastermind group in Nashua the following Wed.  

I am eagerly looking forward to my next rental property, after I pay all the wedding/honeymoon bills of course :)My future real estate goals are to own enough rental property to replace my wife and I's income, so we can focus on starting a big family.

As far as Florida goes, the area I am familiar with is not the greatest by far, but I know the area, I'm going to be in town in two weeks for my best friend's wedding and I could take a look at some properties at that time.

We just bought a new house for ourselves, still trying to sell the old house, going to a wedding in S Korea in less than 3 weeks, it seems there is always something...Right now we are just hoping to find a deal that we can really sink our teeth into and pull the trigger on.
