I expect that to slow down but to be over 10% over 2018, 2019.Raiders, Golden Knights , Aces, and talk about a professional baseball team and basketball team might be coming.  

I had to deal with loud basketball playing a 3:00 am.

FYI it's the same dimensions as badminton so you could double the usage.I've been concerned about noise, as well- because a basketball half-court would be good, as well.

I played basketball up in South Dakota for college! 

As our Basketball coach would say, pat yourself on the back for a day, then get back to practice.We are about half way there with this location and project. 

Having that 'warrior mentality' in the field will help you.
