My point being - given 2 opportunities where I stood to make more cash flow from property_a over property_b, I'd still pick property_b if it meant my renters were more stable earners and economically, higher up, if that makes sense.

Many were similar terms, but a few stood out when I went down my list & filled in all these and other answers from them.
