I mainly bought the large house because I had 3 three friends graduating from med school and masters programs and were getting jobs in / near the city. 

I graduated High school only a couple of months ago.

They were good about getting in touch with me for the docs they needed to get things going and  setting up the LLCs. 

And a lot of start-up companies are migrating to this city as well because of the OSU campus that has thousands of talented students graduating and looking for positions locally.Everything that’s going on here in Columbus is attracting investors and other businesses from all over.

@Peri Reischel I think some key topics to touch on is that we have the highest bankruptcy rate since 2008 there's a new survey out that says 26 percent of Americans are paying 50% of their income for rent.

Live at home or with friends and get a job besides and you'll graduate without any debt.

You may think you wont touch those assets but what if you want/need to sell off one property out of the group?

I have called 311 with a couple of code enforcement/zoning questions, and they have always been able to put me in touch with someone who could answer my question. 

I get the feeling that the city sincerely wants more housing and they are trying to make it work for folks.Feel free to get in touch if I can be helpful!
