Trade schools and community colleges would be ecstatic for this, and if done it would be the "skills revolution" that the industrial revolution was. 

Fair enough, I have partial ownership of a commercial (apartment) building in the Bay Area and I would estimate it as a Class A- to maybe Class B - great location, great tenants, nice amenities (not high end like gym, new pool, community room with big screen TVs, etc), high rents, but building is older (built in 1950s).One investor I saw post that they look at where Starbucks and Costcos are opening and possibly factor that into looking at different markets.

I'm excited for the opportunity to be apart of the community with BP, I reside in the state of Virginia and started my investment journey many years ago at 22 doing fix and flips, I stopped when the market crashed in 2007/2008 and didn't like the way the market looked and I left the investing world, I became a mortgage loan officer, and then processor and later underwriter and learned the backend of the conventional lending world.

This is true essence of community and I'm sure @Tyler Jahnke and the rest of the community are appreciative 

In general, Kansas is more of a bedroom community and Missouri has arts, culture, and dense urban areas.

It’s refreshing to see someone leveraging both traditional methods and community engagement... it’s a solid mix.

That way you know they are active in the BP community!
