Right now, we're using the Ring or Nest Alarms with professional monitoring along with cameras so we're as safe as possible.

So far I have had the boys strip a roof (used contractor to put on the roof) - resulted in boys in landfill jail for not having the cash (I did not know no credit cards) - boys claim there were 7 layers, take down 2 large trees, add 3 sister boards to a garage rafter, build 2 fence segments including an 8’ high fence, add dumpster stops to concrete to prevent fence damage, add privacy screen to a chain link fence (took surprisingly long - hog rings really do not work well), remove and rebuild a privacy partition on to a wall, rehang a gate with better hinges, weed an abandoned yard (unit caught fire in oct and due to Corona work has stopped - slightly wet winter and weeds were 4’ tall), plant a new citrus tree.  

I'm not sure if there's any kind of law that prevents someone from ringing your doorbell.

Tell everyone the cool story on how you found 1.3% deal and helped them secure a 3.2% 80% ltv non recourse loan in their LLC name and the phone will be ringing off the hook.

And one that rings true for me.  

If they are self employed such as a hair stylist, caterer, landscape consultant all they have is their phones stopped ringing all of a sudden.  

Same old story from the book though still rings true, your house isn’t an investment.  

I dont know much about ground up construction of that size, but you will see a bunch of office, mixed use building conversions in the inner ring and even OTR.

Further work discovered, the O-ring that is supposed to seal the pan to the piping isn't actually touching anything.
