Somewhere along the line the professional seminar companies operating out of Provo, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada decided it would be profitable to “mentor” completely unknowledgeable and unqualified people on wholesaling promising riches galore with no capital or experience necessary (except an ability to hit your credit card for the $20 - 40k necessary to pay for the mentorship program).

I wish the outdoor attractions were a little better but there are a lot of cool parks around town, many people enjoy the Riverwalk, and Canyon Lake isn't too far north.On top of this our Real Estate market is incredibly stable and although it is INCREDIBLY COMPETITIVE these days there's still a wide range of opportunity.

If you can't find places in Park City, I have also seen a lot of rentals near the base of canyons so you still get winter rentals, but off-season rentals do well too because it's closer to Salt Lake.
