He has a license to protect, and I understand that if I was actually planning on moving out prematurely that he wouldn't want to do business with me. 

Seems to me they figured out they made a wrong move prematurely.

I believe it's within the landlord's right to refuse as the contract is no longer valid; they are not terminating it prematurely. 

Like your State, it was right to not downplay this at first and take the responsible actions they took to avoid widespread infections.As for the original reason for this thread, no Covid 19 won’t cause a recession (the other reasons I mentioned early is what would have caused it) Covid 19 just jump started prematurely the recession that was already coming.

Questions you ask yourself would be;1) Would I generate more monthly income by moving the tenants prematurely?

I was really rooting for Max on this one but thought the software was released prematurely and I can’t say my experience with customer service was great either.
