Its not even being the tail of a dog, its more like being a flea on the tail of the dog. 

BP should definitely create a therapy group because I equally fall into that trap with some of our Chicago renovations...I went to a property to do a quick walkthrough check and then somehow I end up with a broom in my hand cleaning because messy job sites are my pet peeve.  

I have one already for my pets, I train birds to do amazing thingshttps://www.youtube.com/channe.... , but how people know to go to it, I suppose Facebook and IG posts could do the trick.  

It seems like more and more people are abusing the "service dog" rules.

The reviews were a joke and were probably because people didn't mind the issues when they were paying so cheap (we weren't paying so cheap but were traveling with our dog). 2 of the 4 burners on the stove were broken (I fixed one of them myself).

We have had complaints from guest about the dogs barking.

You discover his unauthorized dog trashed the carpet in the living room, destroyed a couple doors, and the entire place needs cleaning.

Are there other advantages you can advertise like pet friendly etc?  

The ENTIRE mentality here is wrong.Listen carefully and hoe you and everyone else here understands this.Consider this.I have 15 kids, 4 dogs, 300 chickens, 3 wifes (that don't know about eachother), an uber eats job, and 35 dollars to my name.
