The countertop peninsulas they create in such a small kitchen are invaluable (I grew up in this house, so I know!)

I grew up in a family of lower middle class Carpenters and have learned my fair share of build a house on a budget of very little.

I grew up in Bergen County myself, but currently reside in Brooklyn.Though I can't speak much on investing in Northern NJ/NYC metro because I never really considered it, there are the obvious advantages and comfort levels associated with investing in-state as i'm sure you're familiar with.

I grew a firm from my spare bedroom to 80 employees and over 200m in AUM by end of this year.

Not a bad ROI, but the area overall, outside of Park Circle, hasn't seen the same improvements as other areas in Charleston.I grew up in Summerville and there are a few neighborhoods that have investment activity.
