My wife is a Physical Therapy Dr. as well as a health/wellness coach and she takes an approach to give the body the proper tools to self heal and people here are more interested in treating symptoms with pills.

Sometimes they'll even toss in that these are "therapy" dogs; again, something very different (one of my greyhounds was certified as a therapy dog; I took her to nursing homes; while I loved that dog very much her job as a therapy dog was to provide happiness to OTHERS while on these trips).Mindy covered the difference between the two and what you can require your tenant to provide to confirm their status very well.
