My original contribution to the KC effort was developing relationships and interfacing with PMs and traveling to KC when necessary.

I hope I am not being a nuisance as I'm just getting started and familiarizing myself/getting acclimated with this interface.

As a general rule I use the Arlo product it's wireless it has a good software interface.

If I can't figure out site navigation, something is terribly wrong.I finally realized something:The postal-mail-system uses a common user-interface!

Simple design, diversified functions, considerate interface... download and try it! 

So the separation between the really knowledgable senior folk who know 1031 and the sale staff who interface with the clients just gets bigger  and bigger. 

I just created an LLC on the Tx SoS website, which is not the most user friendly interface, but it also wasn't difficult to figure out.

I prefer whole deadbolt replacements like the Yale ones you're looking at as there are less issues with the lock interfacing with the existing hardware, which we often have trouble with for our August locks.
