And if ne has bad intentions a lot of time people think they can do and have what others have without working or getting the knowledge for it and then they buy something like a property to try the get rich quick ordeal and then they find themselves upside down and people like us come in and get a great deal off there ignorant and greedy choice the made.

I am a Futures Trader using a laptop, so, I can relate RE Investing to something like Buying a Stock to hold for a long period of time and Hope and Pray that it will eventually go Up in Value and make me some Money.

Ironically, cheap and greedy people rarely get wealthy, frugal and generous people do all the time, though being frugal and generous is no guarantee of it, it is a darn good place to start and stay IMO and has its own rewards well in addition to monetary riches.

It's because the Empire grew too big and the Greedy Politicians needed more Money to keep Spending, so, they raised Taxes and Devalued their Currency by adding base metals to their Gold and Silver Coins until the population "woke" up to see that their Money was Worthless.

I learned a few things early-on...1.) don't be greedy - it never helps you win and brings you down more than it helps you grow.2.) be clear about your intentions up front. 3.) give back in some way when you win.that's it, man.
