This is one of my old homes, nothing of a house, the garage was converted to a MB, it sold in like 3 days cash, INSANE price.

I FIXED THE ROOF AND CHANGED SOME DOORS THE PROPERTY WAS BROUGHT IN GOOD SHAPE !

Buy a new dryer and have them put this one in the garage or return it. 

Basically this complex is six unit three-story and all one bedroom with 700 sq. ft. each. and street parking (no parking garage) Please let me know what additional info I need to provide to better helm me on this project.thank you
