Long term, I do not want to live anywhere, but have the ability to jump in a plane and go everywhere.

There is something to be said about being able to drive by your properties if you need to without having to hop on a plane first. 

I bought it for myself but planes changed and I will be moving out of state.

To borrow a well used illustration...when you fly on a passenger plane you are part of a syndication...which basically means people pooling their resources to purchase something they could never afford on their own.

Sales are where the Money is at and you can pick your poison and Sell, Cars, Boats, Planes and things online with Ebay etc. 

Don't get caught up on how far it is if you're already looking at markets that require plane flights.

I took one of the first flights out once planes were allowed to fly again. 

In Collegedale/Ooltewah area there is McKee Foods (little debbie snacks), a Volkswagen plant, an Amazon warehouse, a FedEx warehouse, and many more companies. 

I planed to rent 4 and flip 1.

That $500 plane ticket to see the property could end up saving you a $50k mistake!...
