Looking at the comps, white counters are whats selling with european brushed nickel pulls. 4) They also have white subway tile backsplash, you just have a 4" matching backsplash, no tiled backsplash. 5) All the comps I list below do NOT have carpet in bedrooms, while yours does.

The greater Miami area has much more room to run, but South Beach in particular is built-out.In my opinion, you can't go wrong buying on the Beach, as demand is strong for a variety of factors (seasonal US demand, year-round European demand, and structural economical influences in South America).Let me know if you'd like to talk through it; in the meantime, good luck.Jason

I have some in the paper asset stock funds as well and I do like the liquidity there, but my RE doesn't take a hit every time congress holds us hostage, Janet Yellen toots, Russia invades somebody, a terrorism threat appears, China or European growth slows...
