@Dick Stevens I purchased a 29 unit apartment community and the former owner had rent payments due throughout the month...crazy administration.  3rd party management spent the first couple of months getting all residents on the same due date.

Hello all,In recent weeks the city of Chicago hit us with administrative court violations (450 Superior or 95th Ave Courts) on a couple of properties. 

That's me in my profile pic looking out toward the actual site of this battle.If being laughed at had stopped Lincoln's great act of conscience, the evil of slavery would probably have continued for years in the USA. if it had stopped Washington, Americans would be living in a kingdom, not a republic admired around the world for its stability in change of administrations.

Should I just be looking in estates and administration?

In Glassboro at least, its incredibly ****** market to rent to families, alot like chewing on glass, it may be different for other college towns of course, but Ive had to evict 1 family, and the other, they had a drug operation (found out from neighbors) and a family of 5 plus the family of 3 I rented to living out of the house.

Aside from this, there was hint at some drug problems in areas outside Milwaukee. 

It was seized by the US government (drug bust) and I have no access to prior leases etc.

It is very close to Social Security Administration which is a large employer in the area.
