You can't list your commercial rentals on their website, it is definitely geared for residential rentals.   

I will add that you definitely do not need to be near your investments, but it makes things a lot easier when you first start off. 

I'm not sure about the potential for liability in a wrongful death suit if somebody is injured or killed in the fire, but definitely would not want to find out personally, nor would I want to live with that on my conscience.  

Definitely got a few because it rained. 

If you’re leaning toward selling your share, offering seller financing could definitely attract a wider pool of buyers while keeping the deal intact. 

Not sure your living situation but something I would definitely consider if possible. 

I won't advocate for them here, but it can definitely be done.

IT can definitely be improved from an ROI standpoint with metered and reassigning all utilities, charging for laundry, renting garages to tenants, renting storage space.I own a portfolio of duplexes and single family properties that are doing well.
