Hi everyone,I'm Mayank, a new home buyer from Bay Area.With this post, I have no intention of offending anyone - however I do seek genuine information.In my past 3+ months of experience of working with an agent, they are available to show us homes as we requested. 

As of December 2024, the median sales price for new houses in the United States was $427,000, with an average sales price of $513,600.

Of that 50M, 25M was allocated for the construction of a new recreational faculty that has since been completed.

We have a local roadside assistance company here that charges only $15 a month for hassle free roadside help here at the apartments and around our valley for our student tenants  that may be new to car troubles and away from home!

Hi, does anyone recommend an investor friendly attorney in Central New York (Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, Watertown)? 

Can the new HB 182 law be used to eject the prior owners of a property that the bank foreclosed on and did not remove from the house after the foreclose?
