I would never leave my wife to advance my career.There are a lot of investment techniques (double-closing, assignment of contract, bird-dogging, etc.) that allow you to get into investment without putting your money and credit at chance.

So bird dogging ($1550-$3500+ per deal), loan officer (50/50 split+), and possibly a realtor (not sure of split) and the fact that all these could be combined is great.

And at the same time, any bird dogs in the raleigh area that could maybe help me find a good deal on a home to live in?
