Visited a year ago and would love to have a reason to deduct trips back :-)

Long story short, 4 trips from 3 different repairmen, and the fridge was replaced with new one.

I have been researching other out of state locations and have a few more states in my radar and will be taking a road trip soon to check them out.

I listened to it on a trip once while driving but clearly didn't retain anything to memory.  

When I have an empty afternoon I often find myself taking a trip down just to walk the isles and study up on different materials, tools for more efficient working, and get design ideas. 

I am headed over to Detroit for November and there for the month this time (this will be my 6th trip). 

Not having a bank account is not a protected class in CA.I do not care if the trip to the bank once a month is several thousand or several hundred thousand dollars. 

I am planning a road trip to preview rental markets in the following areas:Montgomery AlabamaBirmingham, AlabamaDayton, OhioColumbus, OhioAkron, OhioCleveland, OhioToledo, OhioSouth Bend, IndianaI would greatly appreciate any suggestions and input from seasoned investors in these areas!  

When estimating a budget that has been completed without a permit one has to consider that each subcontractor is going to have to come out initially (1x trip charge) open up the walls (demo cost) undo whatever has been done incorrectly & redo everything over again.
