Advertising property on eBay is expensive since the price is based on the length of the posting, as well as the selling price of the property, not to mention additional fees are charged for uploaded photographs or additional information.

All the real estate veterans say that a good deal will find the financing but to me it makes sense to be prepared and to start laying a solid foundation by lining up potential private lenders/investment partners to ensure you can get to closing and cross that finish line.
