Can't speak for all of them but many turnkey companies have a bank they recommend as it's usually someone who knows their business model, the type of properties, location, etc.

Hi Julius,I've never refi'd or taken a HELOC, but from what I've seen, lenders will usually give you around 65% LTV on the HELOC and around 75% LTV on a cash-out refi.
