They no longer do group homes for children but have been looking without success tor one for transitional youth.

By the last year of our marriage, we had sold our vacation home at a $100,000 loss, lost our primary residence in a short sale, and moved to successively smaller rental homes.

Seems that in this market some sellers are looking for a quick sale and so may be a little unrealistic with deadlines, yet I cannot blame them for they may fear not being able to sale and prefer a buyer that will come in and be able to make a fairly quick decision.
