Make decisions more based on school systems (if your investing in family homes,) crime, home ownership vs investment properties, rental pricing, etc.Also... start putting together a team.

Got this one yesterday for my STUDIO honeymoon cabin:2 stars“Feel where this house is all one room no privacy”'Cause, y'know, studios are so known for their multiple rooms...Other complaints in his private remarks included getting lost on the way to the cabin... when I provide explicit directions and clearly state in the check-in email that it's up a private drive that doesn't appear on GPS.  

And put it in perspective my company lost over $4000 on a transaction like this last year that I originated needless to say that person is never getting a loan from us again. 

Hello BP's ....Any recommendations on great  Turnkey providers  that you have personally worked with  ( with solid property management ) teams .....also from your experience what's the best markets for turnkey investment at the moment ? 

He and his team are good people, but when we bought the buildings, they were all occupied.  

Yes I live in NYC and invest in Charlotte and Raleigh This particular property was my 2nd purchase, at the time I was still building my team and I figured a Condo would be a good way to start out.
