I would say the one thing that I believe will contribute to my success is my struggle with chronic illness. the strength of character I was forced to develop as well as my drive to get better despite the setbacks can help me avoid being derailed in my real estate journey.

Some have lost homes due to water bills, and many are struggling to pay - due to Village errors.    

you mentioned living comfortably between two people for 35k/year...I know a lot of frugal single people who are struggling to live normally off of 35k/year.

. :) Sometimes those who struggle and have to be more creative when starting out end up farther ahead because they had to hustle harder.

I’m struggling to understand how a cash out refi works when using hard money, specifically how the equity works.

Hey guys, I am taking a Real Estate Investment course at my university, and I need some hints and tips to get a certain question I'm really struggling with. 

To me it is a struggle  not only whether to buy locally or far away, but also how to restrain myself from jumping into bad deals.
