It is a market held very strongly by the "old school" group on investors who are not welcoming to new persons entering without a local JV person, especially out of state persons.

So my question is, is there a strong rental market all over Austin?

People with law degrees who worked as property managers, sports medicine degrees who were salespeople, finance degrees who cleaned houses for me, etc. 

I strongly disagree with his view on home ownership. 

As mentioned previously, if you have a strong deal, you should always be able to find the money to fund it.

Along the same lines, I have a strong grasp of what my budget will be on an apartment complex.

We feel strongly about this, its part of our criteria.

They have strong partnerships which streamlined a lot, so the mortgage company, construction company and process in general has all been smooth and investment minded.

There is always the chance that they start to gain more control over your property than you have, but that's besides the point.We are still in a very strong seller's market right now, or demand is far exceeding supply.

It would be great to fine a “do it all” handyman who can actually do it all to build a strong relationship with as I will be investing in this area for years to come.
