The tenant is making partial online transfers and should be up to date by this coming wednesday after making a small payment to cover the remaining part of november.

If it were me, I'd post on social media that I'm looking for potential roommates starting on _____ date, and use that as a funnel for referrals.

So they simply amended the end date on the lease and initialed( both parties)to make the end date end in a month.
