We have agreed on the selling price.My question to you is do you have any advice on how we can proceed with this transaction smoothly and with minimal involvement from the outside world (brokers, loan brokers, etc).

Having a sales background, I'm prone to want to make deals happen quickly and smoothly for both parties.

I received a scam call from Loan Depot offering really good opportunity to Refi my Condo and it looked so straightforward and smooth process all different than the service I received from my broker lender to get the loan for the property purchasing...It looks like Loan Depot they do the refi in less time and they require less paperwork and the guy promised that they will match any APR rate I could find anywhere else.

Once all this is done I will hopefully have the property operating smoothly at $5,550+ monthly rent plus I also plan to implement RUBs as the units turn.

I had over 10 applicants in less then a week and the transition went very smooth.
