Painting is a usual item for landlord to do, unless you smoked in the unit, if so you can be charged for prep/ priming before painting to eliminate smoke odor.I would ask to see receipts for items she lists as replaced.Put it in writing and ask for your deposit back, send proof of payment of last water bill and if you don't like her response you can take her to small claims court. but make sure you do this within the time line that your state permits according to the landlord tenant laws..
