Inventory outside of Austin is now technically lower than inside Austin (1.4 months vs. 1.5 months).While interest rates will not be this low forever, the Fed has signaled that for the foreseeable future it intends to pump liquidity, keep rates low, and overall serve as a bulwark against a severe and lasting economic collapse.Finally, I’ve shared charts of passenger traffic at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport over the past few reports.

We typically won't accept multiple applications on a property (first come first serve) so if we get multiple apps in our system we will refund those without running background once we've approved another application.

The moratorium states that not only can you not evict, but can not serve notice of evictions or lease terminations UNLESS it meets the high bar qualification for illegal activity at property as listed in state statute (basically they must be caught for running ti as a crack house) or tenants are putting other tenants in immediate danger of harm (think domestic issues case, and have to have proof such as police reports) or significant damage to property (state attorney general put this bar so high that it's things like concrete down drains or stripping home, over the top extreme things).

EG Boston, New York, San Francisco, Chicago, DC, Seattle, Austin, etc etc prices are higher than small towns far from major metropolitan areas and generally prices downtown are more expensive than the suburbs in this period of history.Do you think, over the next few decades that the internet will ever serve to bring down those big city real estate prices relative to less expensive areas.

It could also be done as Ann mentioned as a seller financed deal, but the owner will need to provide the subordination agreement with clear title.At settlement, the lot sale is filed first from the owner to the contractor and then title from the contractor to the homebuyer providing a good chain of title and the bank lien is cleared.A subordination can also be made to the contractor if no funding is needed and that serves as collateral for the build.
