I just lost a shower/tub tiling due to cracks and moisture. ugh!  

There is some slight peeling on the ceiling directly above the shower, so I need to figure out what that would cost.

However, the sewer hose leaked (notice the orange tape) and the bathroom shower drain was also clogged.
