We've held up closing for the permits to be satisfied prior to settlement, or asked sellers to compensate buyer X for a licensed plumber / electrician etc to do the work within so many days.

The fact of the matter is, they are not you, so they can never find a tenant that satisfies your own personal preferences the way you can.I like to personally screen potential tenants because in all cases, I have total control and that’s what real estate is all about – control!

She went out there to figure things out for her clients and I believe she did (I assume she found a new PM - I don't know though).No company is perfect but I felt like the agent I worked with was willing to bend over backwards to make me (and her other clients) happy and satisfied

They just get a new "poster boy" who's hot once the previous one has run its course.I think the previous "poster boy" was Robert Allen when his Nothing Down book was hot.I went to one of his hotel promotionals about a year or so ago just to satisfy my curiosity.Here's the formula:They get you to a free preview, or one that you pay maybe $100 to attend.Then, they upsell you to a 3-day program that's somewhere in the neighborhood of $600.There, they upsell you to something else that has tiers starting at about $5,000 and goes all the way up to $25,000.It's the same thing that's been around for years.I have run a successful wholesaling business for over 10 years.

We were interested in some houses that she didn't think would be the best houses for rentals so she took the extra time to continue to show us houses until she was satisfied that we were purchasing an investment property that she herself would purchase, even though this took longer.
