People make bad choices in life everyday and they need to live with them and suffer the consequences, just as they do with any other poor decision.In the past two days, two ladies came to BP asking how to get out of some issue with wholesaling their deal.

They've paid on time since then :-) So the seller's choices of tenant ended up not being ideal, but not too bad.

I would not have made the choice he did, and have told him that, but apart from that I haven't been critical of him, I've simply been trying to protect myself and make sure I get space to go about this on my time and in my way.
