I recommend that you use a local purchase agreement (like the ones used by Realtors but just remove all the realtor information and keep the legal jargon).

I had a lot of staples and tack strips to remove though.

Then they were removed and thawed at room temp for another 24 hours before hooking them back up to the hose and checking for leaks. 

Or if moving into one of the rentals using the same approach to remove one of the payments all together?  

Only weird thing my wife was a nanny for a few months and the family DID NOT set up an EIN and remove taxes like they are supposed to.

There is carpet that needs to pulled up, some paneling to come off the walls and kitchen cabinets to be removed.
