Making sure that all vehicles brought in have a title to match the drivers license...You could be storing a stolen vehicle otherwise!  

The unit is in awful condition, likely because there are too many people living in the 2-bedroom unit (at least 3 adults and 4 children), and their lifestyle habits have caused them to break something almost weekly (shower mixing valve cartridge, rails, cabinets, stairs, etc.).  

But My score hovers around 630-680 because I have a lot of new credit (not being used), student loans, a vehicle, a mortgage, several utilities in my name, etc.

You would not be pulling the funds out, your retirement account would own real estate (just like currently you can own stocks in your IRA, you also can own real estate in a retirement account, but must have correct vehicle to do so).

The list of reasons and incentives are both growing everyday to use DOS as a Mortgagee, not because of want, but because of legal mandates to do so both in the state and federal laws in order to protect their interests as well as the contracts and laws that revolve around the sale and delivery of mortgages or mortgage investment vehicles in the market such as RMBS.
