Hello fellow RE investors, My RE agent sent me a property to look at in Olympia, Wa.

I do not have property management experience but am looking into courses.

I don’t have the actual calculations in front of me, so bear with me.First - let’s talk about year one - if you buy a property, and then resell it quickly, you will lose money most of the time.

I have 2 separate Property owners where im located in Maine both looking to do joint venture deals where they provide the land and I get the project lined up and funded.

Most of the properties get bid up. 

Im an out of state starting out investor. 1. on the realtor contract when renting property Is anyone concerned with words used like “otherwise”?

I'm about to buy and remodel a property 1 mile from a Mayo Clinic. 

I own several SFH, duplexes, triplexes, and a quad but I'm in discussion regarding a 13 unit mixed use property that is of interest to me mostly due to location (I own several properties in the area and it's near me and I have a good pulse on the town). 

As property managers, we see up close on a daily basis which properties perform best and are the most popular with guests…as well as the ongoing challenges.1.

I have formed 2 LLCs, each to hold the individual properties.
