My lender has incentive to sell me a product, so I can't always assume the idea is prudent simply because he likes it.

I don't know if the bank takes that option (line item) into account as the total insured amount.Anyone?

Does anyone know of a lender in Texas that can refinance a personal property using a non-income based product?

I was recently denied a credit line increase.I recently got an unsolicited credit line increase on a store card. 

I've been trying to get a home equity loan or line of credit and have just been told by one lender that I must have made 6 payment on my first mortgage since I refinanced. 

He's got 70% of your money before even half the work was done...that leaves little incentive to come finish the job.Plus not sure how you measuring work completed but hopefully it was by line items complete.

You can take an equity line out on an investment property but not a home equity you don't live in.

This gets your ratios in line with our guidelines.

Any agent you are hard line negotiating with on commissions deserves you as a client because you are probably one of those sellers who are smarter than the agent.  

Why would anyone pay for that one line?
