@Alex Shaughnessy my strategy is to find investors such as realtors, private lenders, and a real estate attorney to build a great relationship in order to find and close on great properties that can generate great cash flow and equity.

My uneducated thought is it would be difficult to get title insurance during this time and would take cash, private, or hard money to obtain in the short-term.

Here is a breakdown: full kitchen remodel, new heater/AC unit/ducting, all the sheetrock in the ceiling was replaced (bad roof had caused leaking, so it was easier to replace it all), new lightng throughout (can-styled LED lights), ceiling fans, and some other electrical work, painted interior/exterior, and tuck/pointing to a few areas of the brick facade.
