So everyone cannot go to cash at the same time which puts a premium on cash or in other words cash demands a discounted price for non-cash assets.

I can certainly shoot and edit footage of properties, but I also see value in interviews so a company can get their message across to potential investors, sellers, or even tenants in some circumstances.

AND it's NOT passed, nor will it ever, not a snowballs chance AND as bills go, it would be edited and edited and ratified until in the end it looked nothing like how it was proposed. 

It's going to more than likely be a smaller company that will say yes and give you a date as to when you have to have the panel updated or might be a nonstandard company that will write it for a higher premium until you are able to update the box. 

As such, it doesn't really matter "if you would have got that customer anyways"...if they can get you that customer faster, then its worth paying the premium (to a point!).
