I've seen the statement below in most of the local property management application packages addressing this issue.  

Basically, there are people trying to sell you comprehensive real estate packages, with very little transparency and almost no knowledge sharing until you fork over anywhere from $3000-$12,000 for a mentoring program.

For those investors who have had experience with using a Virtual Assistant (VA), please shed some light on what types of packages you might find the most useful. 

After spending about a day researching other options (that also support weekly ACH rent payments, so no cozy.co), I realized maybe the vanishing ACH payment debacle with erentpayment was good for me, because I only lost $113.50 and could benefit from a more robust PM software package anyway. 

Typically they have a website with their terms and packages explained.

Basic package is $200 or so.

This may sound stupid, but the thing which determined me to buy my last plan from a design firm rather than come up with it on my own like @Aaron Mazzrillo is doing was that I couldn't figure out how to get a building package that my building inspector would accept.

Check this wonderful thing out:The concepts surrounding both the rulings and the Code allow for a self-employed individual to employ his/her spouse who is active in the business, and to offer that employed-spouse a medical benefits package.

(I purchased them as a package deal).  

A few more 1Trillion+ welfare, uh I mean stimulus packages will just about do the trick.
