There is ZERO chance the repair would be made within the guest’s stay. 5 days is a fast repair for a warranty company. 10-14 days for the first attempt is more likely. 

I suspect that 5% or so that do wholesaling full time make at least 50k with the 1% ers making multiple hundreds of thousands and I am sure there are 7 figure wholesalers as well.those that have massive marketing budgets  like 20 to 50k per month.

If you charge below market rate, you will attract low-quality renters who are more likely to trash the property and make your life miserable.

Seems like something that should be easy to set up, but it seems way more conveluted than it needs to be.I added a user as a Rental Manager, but that only gives them access to the PM Module which literally is just backend stuff that's not that important to being able to message guests.

The tiny houses would be so much cheaper than new builds but will like to know the average lifespan of a tiny house.

I would like to request an additional refund as we had to book hotels yesterday in order to shower ($580) and the ER visit for the tetanus shot is estimated to be around $2000.
