Either way, you could bring in a money partner for the rehab and offer a percentage of the profit when you sell or pay them out through a refinance.

I believe I have a lot to offer a buyer client with their search.

When you put less down you do have PMI but the PMI offers a lower rate which most people do not know.

Don't we think investing in the US is risky with high interest rates, historically low affordability and cash flows and high prices inflated by 15 years of artificially free money that's gone for good?

There are only three reasons a property doesn't rent.1) The price is too high.

I like your idea of offering something that others don't have, for example, office space.

Not everyone offers STR insurance.
